Available to brands and businesses in the United States and Canada, the Gulf, and the UK and Europe.
It fits where the setting and the order of arrival do the persuading: a cliff, a courtyard, a view you have to walk to. A tower with a weekly price list is better served by a listings site.
What is delivered for a home or development
For a villa, a residence or a development, Atelier Vivance delivers four things, from the approach film to a check against your drawings.
- The approach The property cut as one sequence: setting, arrival, rooms and view, in the order a visitor would walk them.
- The facts in plain text Areas, levels, materials and location written out as well as drawn into the film, so a buyer, a search engine and a screen reader can all read them.
- The enquiry route Email, WhatsApp and call links at the moments a buyer is ready, pointing at your own inbox and number.
- A check against the drawings Every area, level and material on the site read back against your plans before delivery, and the site loaded on a throttled phone connection.
Planning the approach
Atelier Vivance plans a property site as a walk: where the visitor arrives, what they see first, and which room is saved for the view.
The sequence is drawn against the site plan before a scene is made, so the film never shows a door where the drawings have a wall. The director, Fasih Ud Din Mazhar, agrees the sequence with you, and the fee and schedule are written down first.
Ponente, the property demonstration
Atelier Vivance demonstrates this service with Ponente, a house presented the way a house is visited: in the order you would walk it.
Five numbered notes are drawn over the arrival court, each touching the thing it names, and an altimeter counts three levels down to the water. Ponente was not built for a developer; the studio made it on its own initiative, generated and composited its imagery, and has no enquiry figures to quote.

What the site will not do
Atelier Vivance does not supply a listings database, a property search or a portal feed. A CRM, the system a sales team tracks buyers in, is scoped separately.
It carries no logins, payments or reservation deposits.
A film is only as accurate as its material, so a generated scene is labelled as generated, and weekly prices stay out of the film.
Before a property site is scoped
Three questions are worth asking the studio before a property website is scoped, and each has a plain answer below.
Can the site be made before the building is finished?
Yes, from the drawings and renders you have approved, shown as a design rather than as a photograph.
Where do enquiries from the site go?
To you directly: the links point at your own addresses and number, and the studio does not sit in between.
Can one site cover several units?
A small development, yes, told as one approach ending at the units. Hundreds of units need a listings system.
